The staff were all lovely and very helpful and had a lot of time for you even though it was clear how rushed off their feet they were. This is by far one of the friendliest wards I've stayed on.

Lack of communication; once triage my mother was placed in waiting room for 4 hours and family had to ask staff what was happening, mother offered one drink- no food in this time 7:40 pm- 12 am!!
My mother was having reassuring breathlessness when approaching staff.

Nothing particularly stands out just all around good care.
improvement could be short staff levels to assist nurses in care already providing. I appreciate that that's something unlikely to change.
Also the temperature of the ward is rather warm.
